Seminar On Challenges Faced By Instructing Attorneys

The Sri Lanka Women Lawyers' Association (SLWLA) organized a seminar titled "The Challenges faced by Instructing Attorneys," which took place on Saturday, 17th February 2024. at the Auditorium of the Organization of Professional Associations (OPA).

The seminar aimed to address the various hurdles and difficulties encountered by instructing attorneys in their professional endeavors. Instructing attorneys play a crucial role in the legal process, acting as intermediaries between clients and barristers or solicitors. Therefore, understanding and mitigating the challenges they face is essential for the effective functioning of the legal system.

The speakers at the seminar were Mr. Chathura Galhena AAL and Mrs. Shiranthi Gunawardhana AAL, both of whom are experienced and respected legal professionals. Their expertise and insights provided valuable perspectives on the topic, enriching the discussion and offering practical solutions to the challenges faced by instructing attorneys.
