Today's Challenges in Notarial Practice

The workshop done on 26th April, 2024 titled "Today's Challenges in Notarial Practice," organized by the Galle Branch Association of BASL in collaboration with SLWLA, was a resounding success. The event saw active participation from both senior and junior lawyers of the Galle Bar. They were keenly engaged in the presentations delivered by our esteemed President, Mrs. Shiranthi Gunawardena, and the Additional Registrar General of Galle, who served as the main resource personnel.

The questions raised by junior lawyers highlighted their deep interest in the topics discussed and the insights provided by the speakers. The presence of the Secretary Mrs. Shehara Nawaratne and the Treasurer Mrs. Nishani Lokuge of SLPA added further value to the workshop.

We took the opportunity to remind junior lawyers that SLWLA is always available to assist and provide guidance on any issues they may face, reinforcing our commitment to their professional development.
